Matthew Wolf

President/CEO

Matt is the second generation principal of a local family-owned construction company that specializes in wood framing that has been in operation for over 43 years. Matt started his training in the field in January of 2004. After 2 ½ years in the field, Matt was promoted to foreman and ran both residential and commercial projects for another 2 ½ years. In late 2008, Matt moved into the office to begin his training in estimating. Approximately 2 years later, he began taking over the day to day operations of the company. Matt has the hands on experience from working on residential, commercial, church, school, hotel, hospital and historical restoration projects from the field, estimating and management perspectives.

Matt is a graduate of Florida State University and holds a Class A General Contractor’s license.

Gary Forth

Chief Estimator

Gary was born and raised in western New York. In 1994, Gary became a licensed contractor and ran a successful business until he relocated to Port Richey. Gary joined the F&S team in December of 2005. Gary runs the estimating department within F&S Frame & Trim and works closely with Matt with regards to any and all estimating needs.

Mike Talkington

Field Supervisor

Mike was born and raised in Dunedin. After graduating from Dunedin High School in 1994, Mike came to work with F&S Frame & Trim. Mike started as a carpenters helper and rapidly rose through the ranks and by 1998, he was running a crew. In 2005, Mike was promoted to field supervisor. Mike is responsible for and handles all field operations.
